Is this a paw balm or a paw wax — what's the difference?
Is this a paw balm or a paw wax — what's the difference?
It's a balm, which both moisturizes and protects. Pure waxes only sit on top as a barrier; our oil-rich balm sinks in to heal dry, cracked pads while still forming a protective layer for hot pavement, snow and salt.
How quickly can I expect to see results with this paw balm?
How quickly can I expect to see results with this paw balm?
Many owners feel softer, more moisturized pads after the very first application. Severely dry or cracked paws take longer — apply daily and you'll typically see steady improvement within a few days to two weeks.
How big is the tin and how long does it last?
How big is the tin and how long does it last?
Our new and improved tin is a generous 2.1 oz — still pocket-sized and travel-friendly, now with even more balm in every tin. For a medium dog used a few times a week, one tin commonly lasts one to several months depending on paw condition, how often and generously you apply."
Is the paw balm safe if my dog licks their paws?
Is the paw balm safe if my dog licks their paws?
Yes — it's 100% lick-safe and made only with food-grade, non-toxic ingredients. A few minutes to absorb is ideal, so distract your pup with a treat, toy and lots of love while it soaks in, but there's nothing harmful if they lick a little.

Jax This seems like good stuff ... good smell that isn't bothersome in any way and my dog doesn't seem to need to lick it or really notice it so that's helpful also. Works well.

Alisha A I noticed a difference in just a few days of using this paw balm on my two Labrador dogs. It made their paws softer and it even helped soften a dry patch on my dog's elbow. Fantastic product for a great price, will definitely be buying it again!

Bunny Sol Our fur baby Maximus is an outside and inside dog. We mostly have cement so it can cause his paws to get very dry. The side profile shows exactly how dry his paws would get and the full print shows after just 2 uses. At first he didn't enjoy his toe beans being covered in a product but he realized after it felt good. He does try to lick it when we put it on him but the ingredients aren't harmful to him so we just make sure he's not just licking it ALL off. His toe beans do feel a little more moisturized. The product is more like balm feel. I used the blow dryer to warm the product for smoother application but can still be used without heating.

Traci First application successful. I bathed my bully after a dirty walk last night and used this product afterward for the first time. While it will of course take time to get her pads perfectly smooth, you can definitely feel a difference right away. Her pads were moisturized and soft and she really enjoyed the pampering (loves her bath too). I'm not sure about the ingredients, but there is no unpleasant smell, and it didn't feel greasy on my hands. I like the balm sticks better than having to dip my fingers into this small container, but for the money I think it's a great value. I would reorder.

PamG This is the first paw balm I've ever used on my dogs. It reminds me of a lotion for people that is used for dry and cracked hands. It's easy to apply and it has a pleasant smell. The container is compact and can easily be stored in your dog's day pack. Highly recommended if you have a highly active outdoor doggo.
